Its come to this, where we have to educate on the fact that ‘organic food’ is actually ‘real food’ and anything else is a disease waiting to happen. How can we begin telling you the benefit of eating real food? How about the different between real food and the ‘other stuff called food’, bottom line is that organic food is like premium fuel for the body. We need to stop associating food with taste and flavour but instead with nutrition and performance. Just like we measure the performance of anything, such as a car, a product, or a service. Food will determine the performance of this incredible machine. Feed it processed, GMO, non-organic, sugary, oil food, and it will run like garbage. Feed it good real food, you get the idea. This ties with the fact that this body is not actually ‘us’. We are not a body, we are in a body. Say to yourself, ‘I am not a body, I have a body and I am living in it’. Engraving this mindset will change the way you look at not only yourself but the whole world. An important teaching of spirituality that must be realized to progress in meditation. To be all the time actively aware of what we feed our body until it becomes a sub-conscious action we live our lives by. An organic diet plays an important and crucial part in our responsibility to this god-given body.

Gunnar Peterson has praised Kardashian for her dedication. But it’s just as much for all my critics who called me ‘the fat one’ for my entire existence.” Her workout consists of a complete routine, two or three times a week, on nonconsecutive days. It’s the little things you do every day that can make the difference between keeping fit or packing on additional pounds every year. Don’t underestimate the power of tiny changes: consistent, lifestyle changes are always more successful for losing and maintaining weight loss.
Be creative! Instead of thinking of all the ways you don’t have time to exercise, make it a game to see how many ways you can carve out time for little bouts of exercise. Lose your all or nothing mindset and look at exercise as a daily accumulation of activity.
Remember, to lose weight you still need to take a look at your diet and try to eliminate excess calories, especially those that come from junk. Your goal isn’t difficult cutting 200-300 calories from your daily diet can be easy if you choose foods that you won’t miss too much.
Think about switching from a can a soda every afternoon to unsweetened iced tea or a flavored sparkling water. But remember, don’t cut something that you look forward to every day (for me cutting cream in my coffee would be a deal breaker), instead look for little changes you can make that won’t make a big difference in the foods your enjoy.
