ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਇਖ਼ਲਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ ਜੀ:- 

ਪਰਮਪੂਜਨੀਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਜਾਂ ਜੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਸਰੂਪ ਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਥੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਟਕੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਸਿਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਜਾਅ ਕੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ ਜੀ। ਇਹ ਨਿਤ ਭੀ ਦੋ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਜੀ ਪਿਆਰੇ। 

ਹੇ ਨਿਮਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਣ! ਨਿਤਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਣ! ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ॥ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ॥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕਦੇਵ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਅਕਾਲਪੁਰਖੁ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੀਬ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਸੱਚੇ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ਜੀਓ! ਤੁਮ ਕਹੀਅਤਹੌ; ਜਗਤ ਗੁਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ॥ ਹਮ ਕਹੀਅਤ; ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਕੇ ਕਾਮੀ॥੧॥ ਦਾਸਨਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸੱਚਾ ਉੱਚਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਇਖ਼ਲਾਕ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ! ਜਿਵੇਂ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗਬਹਾਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦੇ ਦਸਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ਜੀ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਇਖ਼ਲਾਕ, ਪਰ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਦੇ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਕਰਾਇਆ:- ਪੂਤ ਇਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਨ ਤੋਹਿ; ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਜਬ ਲਗ ਘਟ ਥਾਰੇ॥ ਨਿਜ ਨਾਰੀ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ; ਨੇਹੁ ਤੁਮ ਨਿੱਤ ਬਢੈਯਹੁ॥ ਪਰ ਨਾਰੀ ਕੀ ਸੇਜ; ਭੂਲਿ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਹੂੰ ਨ ਜੈਯਹੁ॥੫੧॥ ਦਾਸਨਦਾਸ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੂਵੀਆਂ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਆਦਿ, ਪਰ ਤ੍ਰਿਅ ਰੂਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਰ ਘਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਦਾਸਨਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਤ ਸਤ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਇਖ਼ਲਾਕ, ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣ ਜਪਾਉਣ, ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਸੰਥਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਉਣ, ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਗਾਉਣ, ਆਪ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸੱਚੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ, ਪ੍ਰੇਮਾ ਭਗਤੀ ਜੁੱਗ ਜੁੱਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮਾਨ ਗੁਮਾਨ ਅਉਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਾ ਦਾਨ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ। ਯਥਾ:- ਜਾਚਿਕੁ; ਨਾਮੁ ਜਾਚੈ ਜਾਚੈ॥) ਕਰਤਾ; ਤੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਜਜਮਾਨੁ॥ ਇਕ ਦਖਿਣਾ ਹਉ. ਤੈ ਪਹਿ ਮਾਗਉ; ਦੇਹਿ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮੁ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਅਪਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਸੱਚੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਰਾ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ। ਦਾਸਨਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਸੰਗਤ ਸਾਕਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਅ ਕੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਚਰਣਕਮਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜੋ ਜੀ! ਰਿਦੇ ’ਚੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ’ਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ, ਦਿਲ ਦਿਮਾਗ਼ ’ਚ ਲਗਾਂ ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਅਰਥਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਸਰੂਪ ਸੱਚੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਜੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ! ਦਾਸਨਦਾਸ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਦਿਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਭੀ ਲਗ ਨਾ ਛੱਡੇ, ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਮਖ ਨਿਮਖ ਰੋਮ ਰੋਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਮਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਹੀ ਨਮਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇ ਜੀ।

Do this Ardaas for protection and Gurmukh Character:  

With Satguru Granth Sahib Ji’s Saroop or if Guru Sahib’s utmost pure Saroop is not accessible, there you may then adorn a Sri Gutka Sahib Ji on the head and do this Ardaas. Also do this Ardaas twice daily along with your Nitnem Pyaare ji:  

Oh pride of the prideless, strength of the strengthless;

ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ ॥ 

meharvaanu saahebu meharvaanu || 

Merciful, the Lord Master is Merciful.

ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨੁ ॥ 

saahebu mayraa meharvaanu || 

My Lord Master is Merciful.

Form of Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Sahib Ji, Dhan Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Timeless/deathless being, Vaheguru, protector of the meek, True King ;

ਤੁਮ ਕਹੀਅਤਹੌ ਜਗਤ ਗੁਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥ 

tum kaheeAtahau jagat gur suaamee || 

You are called the Lord and Master, the Guru of the World.

ਹਮ ਕਹੀਅਤ ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਕੇ ਕਾਮੀ ॥੧॥ 

ham kaheeAt kalejug kay kaamee ||1|| 

I am called a lustful being of the Dark Age of Kali Yuga. ||1||

Please bless dasndaas with auspicious, True, high Gurmukh character. Just as Dhan Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Teghbahadur Sahib Ji made their beloved son, the 10th King - make the vow of Good character and the renouncement of another’s woman:

ਪੂਤ ਇਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਨ ਤੋਹਿ; ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਜਬ ਲਗ ਘਟ ਥਾਰੇ॥  

Pooth ehai pran tohe; praan jab lag ghatt thaaray||  

‍

ਨਿਜ ਨਾਰੀ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ; ਨੇਹੁ ਤੁਮ ਨਿੱਤ ਬਢੈਯਹੁ॥  

nej naare kay saath; nayh tum neT baddhAIyahu|| 

‍

ਪਰ ਨਾਰੀ ਕੀ ਸੇਜ; ਭੂਲ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਹੂੰ ਨ ਜੈਯਹੁ॥੫੧॥ 

Par naaree kee sayj; bhoole supnay hoon na jAIyahu||51||

Dasandaas makes this vow that I will not watch any viceful movies, photos etc., will not see the beauty of another, and will not go to another’s house with lustful intentions.  

Please bless dasandaas with Jat Sat Gurmukh Character, to meditate and inspire others to meditate on the Naam, to do and teach Shudh (Pure) Santha, to sing Gurbaani Ji, to do the auspicious and True Seva of aapji and Gursikhs, to do loving devotion to you in all ages, please bless with the gift of renouncing pride, demerits and vices ji. Thus;

ਜਾਚਿਕੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਾਚੈ ਜਾਚੈ ॥ 

jaacheku naamu jaachai jaachai || 

This beggar begs and begs for Your Name, Lord.

ਕਰਤਾ ਤੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਜਜਮਾਨੁ ॥ 

kartaa too mayraa jajmaanu || 

O Creator Lord, You alone are my Benefactor.

ਇਕ ਦਖਿਣਾ ਹਉ ਤੈ ਪਹਿ ਮਾਗਉ ਦੇਹਿ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ 

ek dakhennaa huh tai pahe maagu dayhe aapnnaa naamu ||1|| rahaau || 

I beg for only one blessing from You: please bless me with Your Name. ||1||Pause||

Please bless your auspicious, True Darshan (vision), to be in the presence of Shaheed Singhs.  Please save dasandaas from poor sangat and faithless cynics, and please dasandaas join to your True, sweet lotus feet! Please bless dasandaas with Amrit from the heart to the mouth and with the formless True Amrit Gurbaani Ji - with all vowels, letters and meanings in both the heart and mind! May Dasandaas not leave a single vowel when reading Gurbaani Ji and may always keep doing only Namaskaaran to you with every hair and with every blink of the eye.
